Return Window
- United States: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- European Union: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return shipping address at that time. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — you won't need to pay return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll let you know the available options.
