Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hour after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States, Germany, Netherlands.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery is up to 7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

No additional taxes or hidden fees are added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
